Cresta prides itself in its service. We believe that service begins the day you decide a Cresta is the vessel for you.  The world of custom yacht ownership is an interactive, dynamic and all encompassing experience.  Your vessel should reflect who you are and how you like to enjoy your leisure time, relax and entertain your family and friends.  It is this ideal that sets production and custom boat builders apart. Cresta vessels are built with serviceability in mind.  All tanks have inspection hatches, saloon floors have soft patches and service areas offer an abundance of room so that major components can be removed easily, if required.

During the build you can visit the production yard with the design team, step inside your boat and experience interior mock-ups. If you feel something isn’t right, adjustments can be made. This is a standard component to the Cresta customisation process.

Underpinning the Cresta customisation process is the realisation that everyone prefers their own distinguishing and inimitable vessel. At Cresta, we believe that pulling up to a marina in your completely distinctive yacht, unique to all other vessels parked in the marina, is part of the pride every owner should feel.

Cresta’s vessels are designed and built to withstand the harshest of conditions.  All of our vessels are put through rigorous testing and sea trials as stated in each vessel specification. We believe any true sea trail is exactly that, and not a trip down the river or a u-turn on a harbour.

When the big day arrives and Cresta hands over the keys to your vessel, Cresta is alongside you the whole way.  Cresta provides comprehensive driver training by a Masters 4 skipper, until such time as you feel comfortable handling, manoeuvering, parking and navigating.

A personalised and detailed owner’s manual, set of structural drawings, service book and key spare parts are provided to ensure any diagnosis can be made swiftly and without delay. Our service extends beyond a ‘1800 number’ and 2D brochure, we take it personally.

Cresta’s worldwide warranty is five year fully transferable structural hull and two year comprehensive.

Cresta has and will continue to support local boating events, exhibit in the world’s largest boat shows and sponsor the world’s biggest fishing tournaments.  We encourage you to take part, share a story or compete in any of our events.  It’s all part of being a member of the exclusive Cresta Club.
